Just Sold...plein air, Ginty Creek Tag Alders 11"x 14" oil


















This was a delightful painting to paint on location
standing literally knee deep in snow, but on such a
fine sunny day. Appreciate the patronage...thank
you!

enjoyed the day on this one...a mix of chill but with sun to warm. The color and light were quite inviting..

Larry, this is wonderful (I admire your heartiness - standing in snow!) anyway - I love the colors you have brought out in this - the sense of light and shadow!

hey...if a number of us and northerners can stand on frozen ice waiting for fish to strike a minnow and the tip up to flag...then its really not all that hearty to paint in snow.

Actually if I paint...I'm pretty much guaranteed I won't be skunked!!! I'll be going home with something...
