Test Run of Amber Medium... Painting of medium cups

I was sent a bottle of amber medium to try out...another hard
resin like copal, but doesn't tack up nearly so quick. Think its
been a good decade since I've used anything other than Garrett's
copal medium.

Was interesting to try it...and impatient and under the weather
on prednisone and antibiotics so I couldn't go outside to paint,
I just set up my medium cups...ironically, the one nearest is
of my copal medium. haaa...

thanks Alina...

thanks Rene..
yeah, picked up a flu bug and virus from teaching students near two weeks ago, and can't quite shake it. Legs still weak...not up to full vigor, but the prednisone is a steroid to help my lungs where this thing has settled in.

I've got a military connected 30% lung disorder, so...when you hear folks talk about it being tough to paint outdoors in winter and I'm out there, don't hold much sympathy for them!!! hahaaaa....

thanks again

Wow, looks really nice . . . . loose and painterly yet VERY realistic.
