Oil Painting 8"x 10" .. Vince

As a season ticket holder of the GB Packers...
and like many that hold a particular pride for
the NFL history and legacy that has taken place
at Lambeau...I have oft looked up at the large
bronze statues of Vince...and Curly, and thought
how fun it would be to paint. I'm thinking yet,
perhaps a chance to set up outside the atrium
one of these years and paint from life.

My goal was to focus on the essential brush
strokes...and broken color, up close an ordered
chaos...but from a few feet away a pulling
together.

Here then too is a closeup, and like always
click on the images to see them larger, up
close and personal....

Hi Larry,

I have been a big fan of yours ever since I saw your work on Wetcanvas years back.

Glad to see you are still actively painting and producing incredible work.

Wishing you all the best!
