Gettn' there...pushin the envelope
for the pure essence of this place,
more mood. Same falls, but I chose
to re-arrange rock mass shapes, their
positions to suit my compositional
preferences. Believe I kept the
spirit of the place though that would
be convincing for folks familiar with
this place.

Planning on doing a number of small
falls studies, and then referring to
a few of them to create a very large
canvas.

I think both od these falls paintings are beautiful!
I really like the energy of the falls, the light hitting the water and the arrangement of the rocks you came up with...very successful I think
hi Larry,
Love these last two paintings for several reasons. I personally love painting reflective and refractive light paintings myself and seeing what you can do with them is awesome. I also love the colors and the way you allow the light to bounce thru the paintings. Again, I enjoy seeing the abstract angles of both paintings and can only imagine seeing the texture in "person". Like it Larry!!! The eye doesnt rest in looking at these.....
